Order and Delivery
- We take pride in crafting made-to-order curtains with an estimated delivery time of 4-5 weeks from the date of your confirmed order.
- Confirmation of your order will be automatically sent to the email address you provided.
- While we strive to meet this delivery timeframe, please understand that it is an estimate and may be subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control. We will promptly notify you of the revised delivery schedule if any delays occur.
Pricing and Payment
Payments can be made using Debit, Credit cards, and PayPal, offering flexibility and convenience.
The pricing for our custom curtains depends on the individual specifications and customisation requested by the customer. The price will be communicated when you place an order based on the chosen fabric, size, design, and additional customisations. Cancellation Policy
- If you decide to cancel your order within 24 hours of placement, we will provide a 100% refund.
- Orders cancelled after 24 hours but before the curtains enter production are eligible for a 50% refund.
Returns and Refunds for Faulty Curtains
- If you receive faulty curtains, don’t hesitate to contact us within 24 hours of receiving your curtain(s).
- To process a return, please return the item(s) within seven days.
- We will fully refund the amount you paid for the curtains; however, we cannot cover return postage costs.
- If you contact us after 24 hours and return the item after 7 days, we will keep 50% of the money, and the other 50% will go to you. (We do not pay for postage.)

- We provide accurate product descriptions, images, and measurements on our website. However, please be aware that variations in colour and size may occur due to screen settings and manufacturing processes.
