RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
You may return any item that was faulty or damaged on receipt for a full refund. We will refund you once we have received and processed the item. In these cases we will also refund the return postage. For reasons of hygiene & safety, we cannot refund or exchange any grooming products or cosmetics that have been removed from the original wrapping or show any signs of having been used, unless they are faulty. Before you return any item you must contact us outlining your reasons for return. All times returned to us must be unused/unopened & in a re-saleable condition. Any seals on the item must be unbroken & intact. Postage costs are non refundable. You are responsible for any returns postage costs & item must be sent back by a trackable method & you must ensure that they are fully Insured Place your product into a secure packaging, the original postal packaging and its contents are not needed. In the package you will also need to include a proof of purchase. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Seller will use every commercially reasonable effort to make shipments as scheduled we try to make refunds within one day of receipt back to us, though try to make all refunds within 7 calender days from receipt of goods to our Returns Unit. We are sorry but due to false promises in the past, we are sorry but due to false promises in the past, we are unable to replace a faulty item until the original is returned to us.
